Return Policy

At Terradise Apparel we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality of an item you have received from Terradise Apparel, we will provide returns for any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise for a full refund on items returned within 30 days of the original order date.

To return merchandise send an email to Terradise Apparel at: hello@terradiseapparel.com. Please include the reason for returning the item and the order number. Then re-package and send the return item to Returns/Terradise Apparel, 1221 State Street, Suite 12 #91232, Santa Barbara, CA 93101. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Terradise Apparel will not be responsible for any return items lost in return shipping transit so please choose a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

Once we have received your return package, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. We will notify you by e-mail when the transaction has taken place. Your financial institution may take a few days to process and post this transaction to your account. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.
